Unlike typical dark roasts where the original bean characteristics are often overshadowed by the roasting process, The Traditional maintains a careful balance. With flavor highlights of dark chocolate, deep cherries, and sweet marzipan. We’d like to think this coffee as a bridge between traditional dark roast lovers and the specialty coffee world, showcasing that a dark roast can be both delicious and complex, without losing the unique qualities of the bean.
