The Pacas variety, a Bourbon mutant, thrives at Finca Nacimiento, situated on the steep hillsides of the El Cielito region in Santa Barbara, Honduras. The high-altitude farm benefits from cool climatic conditions, allowing the Pacas beans to develop their distinct and intense flavors.
This exceptional coffee is produced by Jobneel Caceres Dios, who, alongside his wife Fany, meticulously oversees the cultivation and processing of the beans. Since 2009, Jobneel has partnered with Tim Wendelboe, continuously improving the quality of his coffee through selective hand-picking, careful fermentation, and precise drying techniques. The result is a coffee that stands out for its consistent quality and memorable taste.
