Finca La Riviera Pink Bourbon Washed

This week’s secret stash is from our friends Pair Cupworks (Mesa, Arizona) and producer Julio Cesar Madrid! This is a washed pink bourbon that is super juicy filled and reminds me of honey covered stone fruits. I’ve been really enjoying this expression of a cleaner pink bourbon profile and I think this coffee will be very enjoyable to those of you who enjoy washed coffees. I’m brewing this coffee at 1:16 as it emphasizes a more intense honey note but I would experiment with 1:17 and a coarser grind to make the dynamics really pop.
