Chelbessa
This week’s secret stash release is Chelbessa from my friend Prestin of Flower Child Coffee (Berkeley, California)! This is an expressive washed Ethiopian coffee that is clean and has dynamic acidity. As you sip you will notice a nice transition from red fruit strawberry acidity into an almost ripe nectarine with a finish that is floral, clean, and sweet. As always, let this coffee cool when you enjoy tasting it!
