Carmen Montoya Chiroso
Flower Child Coffee Roasters are known for sourcing and roasting beautiful, clean, and complex coffees. This Chiroso from producer Carmen Montoya, who won Colombia’s Cup of Excellence in 2014, is a stellar example of how high quality processing, sourcing, and roasting all work together in harmony to produce a tasty cup. In the cup we find: Honey, White Peach and Florals.
This is a unique coffee in that it has a level of florality that you might find in other varietals such as gesha or sidra while still retaining the jammy body and sweetness of Chiroso.Â
