Ethiopia Adorsi
Established in 2018 by Testi Specialty Coffee, Adorsi Washing Station in the Yirgacheffe district receives cherries from 800 smallholder farmers, mainly of the Kurume variety, known as “Yirgacheffe” coffee. The meticulous washing process includes de-pulping, 100-hour fermentation, and drying parchment in raised beds under parabolic shade for 15 days. Testi Specialty Coffee also supports the local community by focusing on providing access to education for farmers’ children.
