This is an amazing coffee from our friends at Archetype Coffee (Omaha, NE). This is a washed Colombian Pink Bourbon from renowned coffee producer Lucy Fernanda Galindez and was featured at the World Barista Championship by US Barista Champion Isaiah Sheese. In the cup Brian finds Pink Lemonade, Spring Honey, and Honeysuckle Blossom. We think you’ll find the acidity presentation of this coffee to be the most interesting as it is very dynamic and the finish is insanely sweet! I’m very excited for you all to taste this coffee as I have been impressed by it in past years.
