Hyped to have a small amount of this Caturra from producer Eli Chilcon to share with you guys. With over a decade of experience in specialty coffee, Eli and his wife manage La Montaña, a small to medium-sized farm in Cajamarca with 4 hectares dedicated exclusively to Caturra cultivation. This washed Caturra is a great example of the work they are doing at this special farm.
In the cup, you’ll find notes of raisin and starfruit, complemented by a marshmallow-like mouthfeel. The profile is round and rich, showcasing the exceptional quality of this unique offering.
