After last year’s successful “Tequila Sunrise,” we’ve partnered with Black & White again to create an xBloom Exclusive version of The Future.
Kyle of Black and White Coffee Roasters, used this blend in his Brewers Cup competition, where he showcased its fermented intensity. The tropical flavors of dragonfruit and lychee from Jairo Arcila’s co-fermented coffees are complemented by rich red fruit notes from Sebastian Ramirez. These extended fermentation processes add deep complexity, amplifying the tropical fruit intensity with a wine-like character, while the washed Ethiopian component adds clean, citrus-driven acidity balances the blend, creating a vibrant cup with intense fruitiness and a tangy, fermented edge.
